Q. What is electronic delivery of Interlibrary Loan (ILL)?

Electronic delivery allows you to receive a PDF file of the journal article you requested.  When you receive an email notice that a requested article is ready to be picked up, log on to your ILLiad account, and click on “View/PDF Articles”. The article will open on your desktop.
