Yes, HSLIC is open to the public. Please see our Community Patrons Guide for more information.
Members of the general public are welcome to use our print resources within the building and may also access any of our electronic resources with their own laptops or other devices while connected to the HSC-Guest WiFi.
If you wish to use one of the library’s desktop computers, please see the front desk.
