Yes, HSLIC is open to the public Monday through Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday from 12pm-5pm. Community members not affiliated with UNM are welcome to use our print resources within the building and may also access any of our electronic resources (medical databases, research databases, ebooks, etc) with their own laptops or personal devices while connected to the HSC-Guest WiFi network.

If you wish to use one of the library’s desktop computers, please see the library service desk to obtain a guest computer pass. Community members can sign up by filling out a brief form and presenting a photo ID. Computer passes are good for one year. Computer sessions last one hour per day and printing is available for a fee.

Please see our Community Patrons Guide for more information.
