ClinicalKey does not allow PDF downloads or printing of medical education books. For most other titles, you must create a free Elsevier account in order to access personalized features including saving PDFs. Use the Login/Register buttons in the top right-hand side of the screen to create an account.
Once logged in, look for the red PDF icon when viewing the ebook. If the button is grayed out like pictured below, then the book chapter is not available to be downloaded.
